Apple only sells its newest model new — almost everything else on the market, ours included, is certified pre-owned. That’s not a downgrade, it’s simply how iPhones are bought and sold today. So every iPhone we sell falls into one of the categories below, and every one is tested and backed by our warranty.
“Certified” here means our own in-house inspection and grading process, described in full below. See our Terms of Service for full details.
New — Factory Sealed
The current iPhone 17 range (Pro Max, Pro, 17, Air), sourced in as a Special Order once you buy — see Delivery & Collection for timelines. Factory-sealed and unused; grading doesn’t apply.
A-Grade — Like New
85%+ battery health, with like-new cosmetic condition and no visible signs of previous use.
B-Grade — Good Condition
80%+ battery health, fully functional and thoroughly tested. May show light signs of previous use — small scratches or minor scuffs — which is expected for this grade and doesn’t affect performance.
Clearance Deals
Every Clearance Deal is B-Grade stock — Clearance just means that specific unit is discounted, it’s not a different condition. Look for “B-Grade” shown next to “Clearance Deals” on the listing, so you always know what you’re getting and why it costs less.
